What are the operating hours of the Dialysis Center?

MAHSA SPECIALIST HOSPITAL Dialysis Centre operates:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon

Our on-call team is on standby for any emergency cases after office hours.

How long does the registration process take after I confirm booking via MSH website?

The registration process for dialysis can vary, but it typically takes 1-2 business days. Our staff will contact you to obtain relevant information, particularly the recent blood test results.

The carer and patient will be informed of the appointment for the doctor and dialysis schedule.

Does the hospital provide transportation for dialysis patients?

At MAHSA Specialist Hospital, we are currently NOT providing transportation services. However, our customer care team can facilitate pre-booking rides for you and your family via the public e-hailing services like GRAB and Jom MakCik.

Does this hospital use single-use or reusable dialyzers?

At MAHSA Specialist Hospital, only single-use dialysers are used, which meet the international standards.

What should I bring for my dialysis session?

For your dialysis session, we advise patients to wear comfortable clothing and bring along your daily regular medications. We provide infotainment tablet for your personal use during the long hours of treatment.

Blankets will be provided as well.
